The club Alpha FC is constantly faced with problems and issues in keeping the club running well. They have identified the following problems and areas of opportunity which it needs to address to ensure its survival.

The main areas it needs to quickly address are:

It has a dwindling supporter base which is quickly losing interest in the club due to its lack of activity, innovation, poor results on the field and no other incentives to keep them attracted to the club. They have lost any strength/voice in the community.

It has a team which is struggling on the field due to a lack of quality players and low team confidence and morale.

They find it very hard to keep existing sponsors and harder to attract new sponsors as their sponsorship proposal is weak and the sponsors tend to feel more like a charity rather than earning any benefit from the sponsorship arrangement.

They constantly ask for donations to keep the club financially viable and hence need to quickly create new channels of income.



Despite having many people involved in the club throughout the last few years, they have yet to find a lasting solution to any of these problems.
